I like keeping things personal. There's no management company between you and me. When you book directly, your reservation and rental agreement are handled directly with me, while your payment is processed securely through our professional booking system.

A refundable security deposit hold is required before your stay. The hold is released after checkout, provided there is no property damage or broken house rules. No. Sea & Sun does not have an elevator. The Nauti Mermaid is on an upper floor, and stairs are required to reach the condo. Parking is underneath the building, with two levels of condos above it.
